A: Yes, HANDWASH ONLY! The EL-Panel may not at anytime be submerged in water. first switch "off" then detach the battery pack, panel, and cables before inserting the shirt in cold water partially. Air Dry then reattach panel, cable and battery pack. Switch "on" the battery pack ensuring the cable connecting to the shirt is flush and insert battery pack into custom pocket.

A: With continual use the batteries will have a 30 - 36 hour battery life.
A: Please ensure that the AAA batteries are inserted correctly and flush into the battery pack.
Ensure that the cable is connected to the battery pack. Make sure the sound is audible to the human ear as dog whitsles and other high frequency sounds are not picked up by the shirt. Ensure batteries are new and do not have contaminates on them (i.e. acid or rust).
A: No, Currently we only offer exchanges as it helps keeps our prices low.
If you have an irreversible problem upon arrival of your shirt please ship it back to us (within 30 days of purchase). When the shirt has entered receiving and it is determined that the shirt is in fact broken we will ship a replacement free of charge. If the shirt is deemed to work correctly the shirt will then be reshipped at the cost of the customer.
